• Assisting and providing technical solutions and guidance to Enterprise users with the implementation & management of Network Security products (Sophos XG Firewall).
• Configuration and troubleshooting issues with Sophos XG like Site-to-site VPN, Remote Access VPN, and SSL VPN. Analyzing LAN/WAN traffic using Firewall packet capture or packet sniffer tools like Wireshark to understand Packet Flow and identify problems and performance issues.
• Working with the teams of other domains to identify the bugs and vulnerabilities by replicating the Customer’s issue in the lab.
