My journey which started two decades ago, with telecom protocol stacks like H.248, MGCP and later SIP, expanded its scope to products and platforms like Media gateway, Softswitch, Media server, Voicemail, Enterprise PBX and finally Session Border Controller. While working on this domain I have also touched upon a variety of technologies like REST APIs, Reporting, Analytics and Data security frameworks that support the development and deployment of these servers. Deeply passionate about data science and analytics, while on a career break, I completed an integrated course of PG Diploma in Data Science from IIIT Bangalore and M.S (Data Science) from LJMU through upGrad. My research work for translating natural language questions to SQL queries has been published with Springer Nature in Multimedia Tools and Applications. Proficient in C/C++, Linux, Python and SQL. Familiar with cloud concepts, ML, DL and NLP.
