About

I build RFID systems end to end — from tag commissioning and antenna placement to reader integration, EPC encoding pipelines, and ERP relay. Over the past 7–10 years I have worked across UHF RAIN RFID, HF, and NFC deployments in industrial and manufacturing environments. I handle tag encoding using GS1 standards like SGTIN-96, GID,, and troubleshoot read-rate and encoding failures on live production lines. On the software side I build the tooling around these deployments — encoding utilities, QC verification interfaces, reader management applications, and ERP relay services. My primary development stack is C# and .NET for desktop and backend tooling, Python for broker integration and data processing, Kotlin for Android-based handheld reader clients, and Next.js where web dashboards are needed. Data moves through MQTT brokers (Mosquitto), REST APIs, and direct ERP connectors into SQL Server. I have worked with the EPC Gen2v3 specification in detail, including its cryptographic authentication model — mutual authentication, secure personalization, and tag cloning prevention. I also follow TDS 3.1 closely. These are areas where most practitioners are still on Gen2v1; understanding the security architecture matters increasingly as item-level traceability becomes a regulatory and compliance concern. Recent deployments include multi-reader UHF infrastructure on solar panel manufacturing lines, QC gate automation with real-time SQL Server dashboards, and MQTT-based event distribution across mixed Android, iOS, and embedded subscriber networks.
