I redesigned my Org’s New-Hire onboarding program: cutting ramp-up time by 2 months and mentor junior engineers to help them find their footing on day one. I’ve guided complex post-merger network integrations, and restored client confidence under pressure. Beyond Cisco, I’m passionate about community impact. I co-founded Paapi Paet, a COVID-relief food delivery venture in Jorhat, and have sponsored education for under-resourced students in Assam. I volunteer in Cisco’s CSR initiatives and team building.
