Jamie Blair — Product Manager
I started my career in tech as a freelance web developer before joining Cisco through the Degree Apprenticeship programme. Since then, I have rotated across Cloud Services, Technical Assistance Centre (TAC), SD-WAN, and Critical National Infrastructure consulting teams. My experience spans enterprise troubleshooting, secure network design, and customer delivery. I have supported live escalation cases, contributed to NHS pager rollouts and Wi-Fi survey deployments, and more recently taken ownership of internal automation tooling within the CX UKI Delivery team. This year, I led enhancements to an internal inventory application, including backend MySQL migration, API validation, and UI improvements, progressing toward stakeholder demonstrations within the financial sector. I hold my CCNA and continue developing across networking, automation and applied software engineering while completing a BSc in Software Development at Glasgow Caledonian University. I am particularly interested in the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and applied AI within enterprise environments. Outside of work, I enjoy motorbikes, mountain biking, Muay Thai, and staying active away from the screen
