I’m an NUS MBA candidate with a background in software engineering. Before my MBA, I worked at Microsoft, where I led the engineering efforts for the 'Outlook on the Edge Sidebar' endpoint, scaling it from a few thousand users to over fifty million monthly users. In this role, I collaborated with teams across the globe to design and implement performant, cross-endpoint features that drove engagement with high retention.
