Being the only child, I grew up watching my mother efficiently and dexterously manage both the household chores and the role of a Principle of a reputed CBSE school. I not only admire her commitment and vision but have consciously and subconsciously imbibed certain core values of courage, hard work, and determination in myself. My father, who works in the Central Accountant Generals Office, has always instilled in me the non-negotiable and sacrosanct quality of honesty and Nationalism, which are imprinted in my heart and mind forever. I firmly believe that I have the qualities required for making ethically correct decisions which is a strong pillar that notably makes me trustworthy. I am a consistent person and there is no difference in my decisions taken from one situation to another, and my ethics and principles don't vary from person to person. I take time for self-reflection so that events, crises, and necessities of everyday life do not affect my performance and work culture. Hence, I believe that my personal values of determination, cultural understanding, and serving others, combined with my professional attributes of leadership, global experience, and teamwork skills will reinforce the values as laid down in the culture of any organization I associate myself with.
