I'm DP Kharra, a JNVian, an ex-UPSC aspirant, and a passionate problem identifier and solver with a diverse background in politics, policymaking, software development, IT staffing, and telecom. Formerly elected as a District Council Member, in Sikar Rajasthan, and participant of the Legislative Assembly, Rajasthan 2018, I am now known as the Managing Director of Zentek Infosoft. In January 2015, I was elected as an independent member of the Zila Parishad in Sikar, Rajasthan. The Zila Parishad, also known as the District Council, serves as the legislative body of the district and forms an integral part of the Panchayati Raj system.
The Zila Parishad board holds significant authority within the district, presided over by the Zila Pramukh. Its members include all elected representatives of the Zila Parishad, along with the elected Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) and Members of Parliament (MPs) representing the district. Additionally, the Pradhans of the respective areas within the district are also part of the Zila Parishad board.
This collective assembly, comprising various elected officials, plays a crucial role in policymaking, development planning, and governance at the district level, thereby serving the interests and needs of the local population. As an independent member of the Zila Parishad, I am committed to fulfilling my duties and responsibilities towards the betterment of Sikar and its residents.
