As OnCall worked on monitoring of CI/CD Pipeline Deployment and Health Status, with 100 per cent API Availability for customers including any drops below were investigated with AWS CloudWatch based Alarming and Metrics. Also ensured Latencies Barrier Crossing and Client or Server Failures are a minimum. Efficient Cross Team syncs and quick ramp up on their code bases to debug any issues and unblock them. Catered to customer requests with minimum turnaround time that lead to senior engineers awarding with accolades.
