• Online Ordering Team - Lead scaling up for next 10x growth.
• Developed and deployed the complete online ordering ecosystem comprising of 3 major microservices to handle a scale of 1M RPM on data size of 10 TB with latencies under 5 ms. The whole architecture is event-driven over the Kafka cluster.
• Developed the complete analytics and querying system for restaurants as well as users to analyse over 1B orders under the latency of 30ms and throughput of 200K RPM over Elasticsearch cluster. Owned end to end setup and management of elasticsearch cluster.
• Developed a push-based system over MQTT to send order updates along with authentication/authorization to all the connected devices at a scale of 400K simultaneously connected merchant devices.

• I led a team of 12 in the development of a unified logistics platform, which enhanced scalability and unlocked a Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of 100 million USD.
• I played a key role in digitizing the trucking ecosystem by creating an online, self-help platform for all customers in the logistics industry. This industry had been operating through offline channels for decades. The comprehensive solution I developed covers everything from order posting to final delivery of shipment, including payment, taxation, legalities, tracking, insurance, and documentation.

• I was among the first in India to develop a multi-modal route planning algorithm capable of providing results in approximately 100ms by analyzing over 1 million connections in real-time.
• I built a robust team of 12 developers from esteemed organizations like Flipkart and Goldman Sachs, and we successfully delivered a corporate travel management SaaS platform in just two months. This platform features reverse bidding, automated approvals, roles and permissions, travel policies, and real-time inventory availability.
• I successfully raised two rounds of funding totaling 0.5 million USD from notable investors such as Mr. T. V. Mohandas Pai and the founders of Snapdeal, among others. This led to a total valuation of 2.5 million USD. Our sales peaked at 130,000 USD per month. All of this was achieved while I was incubated in TLabs, Times Internet during my fourth year of college.
