I build AI in healthcare—where validity matters as much as velocity. My first company, Balance, was acquired by Paytm. I stayed on to lead platform product and engineering teams (100+), working with the global CTO on systems at national scale. Today I’m building EasySLR: AI tooling for systematic literature reviews in healthcare/pharma. The work is equal parts modeling, systems, and evaluation—turning messy documents and ambiguous criteria into structured pipelines that can be trusted. I trained as an economist and computer scientist at IIT Kanpur, which still shapes how I think about incentives, systems, and what’s worth working on.
