• Product is a revenue management and dynamic pricing tool for any short term or vacation rentals. We recommend prices for the owners and property managers for them to optimize their revenue. We also provide Market Dashboards and Portfolio Analytics to visualise all the performances of the market around the customer and the revenue generated.
• Developed features end to end that impacts the different aspects of dynamic pricing suggested to users on daily basis to optimize for their revenue management.
• Worked on growth related tasks that require constant updates to product, running experiments and increased the user acquisition and user retention thereby keeping the churn rate below limit.
• Worked on integrating third-party email service that helps with improving our email throughput.
• Worked on setting up the base tracking related to the user's progress on each listing so as to provide the correct recommended prices for their listings. Have also integrated this information in users dashboard to nudge on making the listing setup to completed state.
• I have actively engaged in conducting thorough code reviews, contributing to the aid of good coding practices and in code optimization to developers, by providing constructive feedback and sharing best practices. Ensured the overall improvement in code quality and efficiency within the development team.

• Astute Giraffe is into building data transparency softwares that empowers hundreds of thousands of individuals and businesses.
• Our first product - “Aasthy” is in the Real Estate domain that involves data acquisition, and data prediction that allows any users with investment opportunities that can be done in fractional amounts of as low as ₹5000/$60 for returns ranging from 12% to 18%.
• Joined them as the first engineer, and built a software product by analyzing 50+ million data points to predict appreciation and yield across India. Created the website aasthy.com that uses this data to select areas with good appreciation, which has helped over 800+ investors make real estate investments in 6 months.

• Researched multiple databases like Couchbase and performed a test on the efficiency of querying to improve database reads and writes with sample data already present.
• Explored technology related to blockchain, and created various smart contracts for testing, which can then be integrated into our web application.
• Performed SPEC reviews from the product team for finalization of the requirement before the task was picked from the engineering team.
• Helped in project management by tracking the tasks from the engineering team, and maintaining the project board.

• Agile Parking Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Get My Parking) provides parking as a sub-consequence experience to the users. Provides dashboards to the parking operators, and white-labelled mobile applications to client’s customers which enables touchless parking experience. Currently the applications are being widely used by more than 17 countries over the world.
• Developed features by building REST API's, using the micro-service architecture.
• Written code that is modular and readable along with unit test cases for the developed features, by using JUnit and Mockito.
• Used the principles of caching, batching of API's and indexing certain columns in DB for efficient response time of API's.
• Used AppSync, Lambda, DynamoDB and built GraphQL API(s) in AWS for migrating one micro-service to a serverless architecture.
• Won the Go Getter award for the month of March 2020.
