• Experience Horizontal Team – Partner Home, Wayfair
• As part of the Experience Horizontal Team for Partner Home at Wayfair via Canterr, I worked on enabling and supporting 50+ teams contributing to the Partner Home ecosystem. Our focus was on building scalable infrastructure, reusable UI components, and shared tooling to streamline application development across teams.
• In addition to my technical responsibilities, I directly managed a team of 8 engineers, driving delivery, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Key contributions:
• Maintained and evolved the Partner Home monorepo, hosting multiple Next.js applications used by different teams.
• Led the creation of a centralized UI component library, promoting consistency and efficiency across Partner Home products.
• Contributed to application development for key products such as the Supplier Dashboard and Business Performance Dashboard.
• Collaborated cross-functionally to onboard and guide new teams, ensuring smooth integration of their applications into the monorepo.
• Supported teams in adopting best practices for both front-end and back-end tech stacks, improving development velocity and quality.
• Led roadmap planning, team unblocking, and delivery tracking, ensuring timely releases across multiple Partner Home initiatives.
• This role gave me a unique opportunity to blend technical leadership and people management, working at the intersection of platform engineering and product development to enable large-scale collaboration and consistency across the Partner Home platform.
