• At Oddschecker I was responsible for both the International Web Products (Italy, Spain, Germany and Australia) and the B2B product suite. I managed the relaunch of key international web properties onto a new responsive design platform, with user experience and optimisation improvements that contributed towards a 300% increase in YOY revenue, largely through a 250% increase in organic search traffic coupled with a 20% increase in conversion rate.
• I managed the process of taking a new B2B product suite from concept to launch, piloting with key industry companies such as Sky Sports, Racing UK and Daily Mail.

• In 2014, my role at Time Out was expanded to include responsibility for both Content and User Experience across the global product function. Key achievements included:
• Responsive Web: Product lead for the role out of an all new, responsive design for Time Out’s web properties in 66 cities across 19 countries in 9 languages.
• Guided and Faceted Search: Improved the user experience of Time Out’s front-end search functionality through a more intuitive UI, improved taxonomy and facets, guided search and polygon location data.
• Automated SEO Landing Pages: Designed and led the development of a bespoke system that automatically publishes list pages on Time Out websites through a combination of taxonomy and location data, for the purposes of content production efficiency, SEO and audience engagement, whilst improving the user experience through a more consistent and intuitive site navigation.

• As Senior Product Manager, Content at Time Out, I was responsible for managing the development of Time Out's Content Management Systems globally. Key achievements included:
• Global Blog Platform: I led this project from conception to delivery and global roll out. Incorporating a custom built CMS and front-end for both web and mobile that enabled both staff and external bloggers to quickly and easily publish timely and relevant content.
• Back End System Consolidation: I managed a global project to migrate content and data from a number of different back end systems in all major markets across the globe, into one consistent Global Platform, increasing efficiency and effectiveness of both content creation and ongoing platform development.
• Integrated Digital and Print Solution: Pushing Time Out’s content production process to a digital first approach by consolidating stand alone print content platforms into the digital platform. This allowed content to be managed in one place and seamlessly published to both digital and print channels.

• Pitney Bowes acquired Portrait Software in 2010. After promotion to Search Engine Marketing Manager I reported directly to the Global Director of Internet Marketing. My responsibilities included Search Engine Marketing (SEO & PPC), Display and Contextual Marketing across Europe. This gave me experience of managing total annual budgets of approximately £1 Million, and achieving campaign ROI of more than 350%
