I am a vehicle engineering leader with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations and market requirements. I am specialised in vehicle attribute development and have established & led cross-functional teams in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. Until October 2023, I was the homologation NTA engineering lead for Ranger and Everest International Markets at Ford Australia, where I ensured the successful and efficient certification of complex Ford T6 products in collaboration with local authorities, Ford homologation team, distributors, and Volkswagen. I also supported the definition, delivery, and growth of Ford products in Australia and New Zealand, acting as the engineering liaison between the lead vehicle engineering teams and the local marketing team. Previously, I worked for Mahindra in India, where I set up and headed the vehicle development (attribute targets, alignment, development and delivery), dynamics, refinement, and benchmarking departments.
