• As a Senior Executive in the Central Operations team at Blinkit, I am responsible for driving store-level operational excellence across quick commerce dark stores. My role focuses on store storage optimization, operational standardization, and strategy execution to support ultra-fast delivery timelines.
• Key Responsibilities & Contributions:
• Led store storage optimization initiatives, improving shelf utilization, bin-level planning, and space efficiency without increasing physical infrastructure.
• Drove store standardization by implementing and maintaining uniform layouts, operational SOPs, and compliance checks across multiple store formats.
• Supported strategy operations including Hot Zone planning, Long-Tail SKU placement, and SIS (Store-in-Store) formats to balance speed, scalability, and inventory efficiency.
