• Leading the 3 people team to build new features and maintain growth and engagement pod of Navi consumer app. Driving and taking ownership of end to end features. Responsibilities also includes re- lease ownership and on-call duties.
• Customer engagement projects which were lead by me includes rewards and referral program and digital gold investment.
• Actively contributing to maintain the overall health of the app by doing thorough code reviews, increasing unit test coverage, plan- ning and executing tech tasks like re-architecturing the start up of app.
• Worked on creating a clone of Navi consumer app which is play- store independent and can be downloaded from Navi technologies website. Designed and built multiple features around this app like on-boarding flow, deeplink handling, migration flow for existing users and in-app update. This app helped fasten the release process.
• Solved for multiple security problems like fake cloning of Navi app. Introduced a hashing design for this and 80% of the cloned apps stopped working.

Aug 2021 – Jan 2023 · 1 yr 5 mos

• Built the Widgetization framework from scratch.Migrated the home page to use these widgets which impacted positively on overall performance and productivity. The whole app was migrated over the time to use this framework, which reduced the development time, improved scalability and reduced maintenance cost.
• Built an in-house chat bot from scratch which was being out sourced previously costing a hefty amount to the company. This chat bot provides support for QnA, acts as a help desk and unblock the customers.
• Took around 50 tech interviews and played a major role building the apps team.
• On-boarding buddy for 4 new-joinees. Helped them with multiple KT sessions and adapt to the fast pace environment. Mentored one intern who received an offer for full time position.

• Owned the projects end to end with cross-functional teams across product, design, backend, QA. Led planning, estimation, design, development and monitoring phases.
• Owned the payments module of user app which supports 10 payment methods. Added MVVM architecture and revamped the module which positively impacted on DCFU and production issues were reduced nearly to zero. Ghost tasks were brought down from 800 to 150 per day.
• Owned the merchant module of user app. Built it from scratch with complex UI and supported lazy loading. Introduced major changes to global cart which improved user experience positively.
• Revamped and optimized the user experience of pillion module using MVI architecture and RxJava.
• Mentored interns and helped new joinees to onboard quickly.

• Took Ownership of Galileo One product, which runs on Android OS. Built 4 apps - KneuraTeach, AirCast, OnBoarding and System Overlay for the same.
• KneuraTeach : An app for teachers to use as a replacement for whiteboard on Galileo One device. Worked on realm database to persist content of lessons and made ti generic so that ti can be plug and play in other projects.
• AirCast: An app for casting screen from android, ios, windows and mac to Galileo One device. Optimised the delay of streaming from 4sec to 700 sec by increasing the fps rate.
• Took around 15 interviews and contributed in building the team.

• AVerTouch : An app for classroom with whiteboard solution that integrates live video with lesson creation tools.
• Smart Lights - Ambient : An app for controlling lights and power from any smart device from anywhere over the internet.
• Tata Sky Home Automation : An app with complete embedded solution to control home appliances with surveillance security system.
• HRPS - BLE : An app to control pressure and temperature of small scale industry boilers.
• Received star of the month for resolving the conflicts and working at client location. Received two spot awards for fast delivery and creating a smart home demo app within one month.
