• Developed the incentive management system of HAL Barrackpore defined under the company policy using Oracle 10g based PL/SQL database management system. The project consisted of developing PL/SQL scripts to create files leading to complete report for all employees at the end of the month having the final payable incentive in INR.

• Worked as an organizer for the Youth Conference held in Pilani covering various events like Panel Discussion, Guest Lectures, Paper Discussion and NSS Convention. The Conference was designed to draw participants from various esteemed colleges from around the country.
