Worked with Lenze and subsidiaries as a part of my role at Honeywell. Was offered a position by them. Lenze is a mid sized company headquartered in Aerzen, Germany that specializes in machine automation, operating in 60 countries with around 3,300 employees.
Working on building the company's next generation of products which include a developer platform and app store for the automation machine builder industry.
I do feature development, maintain necessary libraries and platform code, refine the incoming requirements and plan the implementation of the actual tasks. I also take lead in exploring technologies that are suitable for the new features or the project in general, and implementing them.

Entrusted to lead a team of five and apart from working as an individual contributor, coordinate and mentor the team, advice stakeholders about architecture, experiment with new technologies to find right tech stack for projects, manage releases, and look after the administering and enhancing the AWS infrastructure.
Took initiative to establish several processes for automated code quality checks, deployment, and testing to remove the burden from the team, reduce tech-debt, and consistently meet timelines. Was awarded for the same.

Joined as a Graduate Hire, self-learnt technologies of interest such as NodeJS, NoSQL databases, cloud development, and used it to create a utility application for the client, that enabled the team to respond to incidents and find the related details much quicker, reducing response time to a fraction.
The client then decided to invest in more such tools and I as a result was tasked to build several cloud apps from scratch built on the company’s own public cloud – IBM Bluemix.
