As a seasoned Technology & Product practitioner and thought leader at McKinsey Digital's "Build by McKinsey" practice, I bring my expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Agile technology delivery and Advanced analytics to our clients. With a knack for creativity in problem-solving, the field of Design was always an attractive choice for me for Graduate studies. I took up the Bachelor of Design course at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati where I majored in Communication Design with a strong focus on Usability and HCI. Three subsequent internships in the field of Print Media, 3D design and 3D web during my course helped me realise that my interests lay in providing thoughtful and seamless user experiences over the web. After graduation, I worked for 4 years as an Interaction Designer at D E Shaw India (Hyderabad) where I spent extensive time on the company’s internal financial products for desktop and web. Keeping abreast of latest web technologies and user-interface innovations empowered me to provide engaging design solutions which were efficient and easy to use by a varied workforce in the Company. In hindsight, this intimate rendezvous with "all things web" circa 2012 was a huge catalyst for my transition to stepping up to a full-time UI/UX Engineer role at Sprinklr where I was under the tutelage of some of the best and most hard-working full-stack engineers going around. Right while I was perfecting my coding powers on the web, I moved to McKinsey & Co as a Full-Stack Engineer with focus on Javascript as the unified language for the entire stack. This is where I "Made my own McKinsey" through several years until the present by working with McKinsey Digital while leading exciting at-scale agile and digital transformations with technology as the focal point for my work with for FIG and Telecom.
