Aditya is a Project Management/Delivery professional with 13 years of experience in BFSI & manufacturing projects. He earned his B.E (IT) and MBA (Finance) before getting his first professional assignment as a Financial Planning and Reporting Manager for CITIBANK. He has since then worked with other banking clients and helped them with implementing and managing upgraded back-end banking operations for loans and collections unit. He has worked in a multiple vendor and location environment giving him a good exposure on stakeholder and project management. 8.5 years into IT service industry, Aditya decided to try his entrepreneurial skills and delved into the business of Food Processing. In parallel he took over as Client Success head for a manufacturing unit working towards winning clients and developing Rotating-Machine products/solutions for heavy industries (MNCs and PSUs). All combined he had major business learnings managing turnovers of INR 25+cr and INR 20+cr respectively. Aditya enrolled himself with IIM - Indore for a Business Analytics course in the 2020 training himself on AI/ML theories, post which he joined the FSI consulting practice at Infosys Consulting in 2021. He has since been engaged in driving digital transformation projects for global banking and capital market clients. Directly involved with the GTM team, his day to day focus is on designing solutions (GTM) for clients and driving Product Management teams to achieve the target future state.
