• Worked on multiple capital market and loan transactions; across instruments including CPs, NCDs, WCDLs, and term loans.
• Built and institutionalized end-to-end debt raise processes, including lender engagement, due diligence coordination, documentation, and compliance.
• Worked on transactions involving DFI entities (IFC, ADB, Proparco, GuarantCo), supporting in-depth due diligence, managing comprehensive pre- and post-issuance compliance and ESG reporting, and coordinating with internal teams (legal, credit, finance, data science) as well as external stakeholders including legal counsels, trustees, and process agents.
• Worked on landmark transactions, including the company’s maiden public NCD issuance, first ₹10K FV NCD, ADB’s first climate bond with an Indian NBFC, a credit-enhanced and partially guaranteed bond etc.
• Set up reporting systems and dashboards in collaboration with the data science team to automate treasury and DFI data requirements.
• Oversaw end-to-end execution of listed NCDs, listed/unlisted CPs, and ECB transactions, ensuring efficient coordination across arrangers, legal counsels, trustees, rating agencies etc.
• Designed and implemented compliance trackers for covenant monitoring, DFI post-issuance obligations, and internal lender reporting.
• Owned stakeholder relationships across lenders, trustees, and rating agencies, while managing audits, covenant reviews, and investor reporting with minimal turnaround time.
• Reported financial and entity-level information to lenders on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all reporting lines.
