It supports handling millions of tasks and is a critical module of Sprinklr for automatic assignment of work, conversations, and voice calls to agents based on their skills, availability, and more constraints. It has the ability to assign lakhs of works at a time.
• Integrated Sprinklr with different platforms such as signal-wire (sms service provider) which has handled more than 100 million messages till now, directly’s platform for agents to benefit from Sprinklr’s functionalities while staying on directly’s platform, and voicezen for voice call analytics.
• Developed a secured way of collecting sensitive information from customers even if the medium of communication is social media (not considered a secure form of compliance).
