Project: Decision Fabric:
This Project was built for automation of adverse event case processing reporting to FDA and EMA.
Responsible for design and implementation of complete backend system using NodeJS, MongoDB and GridFS for file storage. Integrated the system with PingFederate using SAML2 for SSO. Used Jmeter for performance testing/stress testing of APIs.
Was also responsible for all the deployments on EC2 instance, configuration of load balancers and MongoDB replica set.
Recommended using indexes after analyzing most frequent queries and implemented the same to decrease file processing time.
Proposed and implemented GridFS based file storage for better access control.
Suggested and deployed application as NodeJS cluster to better utilize CPU cores and improve performance.
