• In this role, I drove the integration of DevSecOps practices into SRE operations, ensuring that security, reliability, and performance were built into the foundation of WorkspaceONE EUC services. I established secure CI/CD guardrails by introducing automated SAST, DAST, and container security scans within the delivery pipeline. At the same time, I defined structured on-call management and incident response processes, which not only reduced mean time to recovery but also strengthened the team’s security posture during high-severity incidents.
• By working closely with development and QA teams, I enabled a shift-left security approach, embedding threat modeling and vulnerability management into early stages of the release cycle. I also enhanced observability and security telemetry, giving teams proactive visibility into vulnerabilities and misconfigurations before they could impact customers. • At agilon health, I played a pivotal role in shaping the India Platform & DevOps Team as the Head of DevOps and SRE Head of India IDC. I successfully hired and build the SRE and DevOps team in India established the SRE and DevOps practices, focusing on three vertical IaC, CI/CD and observability, tool automation and system reliability. My initiatives in Infrastructure as Code and observability led to significant improvements in operational efficiency and incident management.

• I joined AppDynamics as a DevOps Manager and, after Cisco’s acquisition, moved into a Technical Leader role, where I built the foundations of modern DevOps, security, and compliance practices at scale. I led the migration from on-prem systems to AWS, designing scalable and highly available cloud environments and operating 2,000+ servers and EC2 clusters powering multi-tenant SaaS workloads.
• To accelerate delivery, I modernized CI/CD pipelines by introducing a Build-Test-Deploy (BTD) framework and later shift-left security practices. This included embedding SAST, DAST, and SCA scans directly into pipelines, enforcing secure IaC with Terraform, and implementing container security for microservices. These guardrails ensured that vulnerabilities were identified and remediated earlier, reducing downstream risks.
• On the security and compliance side, I led SOC 1 and SOC 2 certification efforts, ensuring secure SDLC practices, audit readiness, and compliance alignment across engineering. By pairing compliance with automation, I reduced the operational burden of audits while raising the overall security bar.
• In parallel, I built and mentored the DevOps India team, providing technical leadership during the Cisco integration. Over time, I introduced practices that evolved toward reliability engineering principles—with SLIs, error budgets, and improved incident response—laying the groundwork for future SRE adoption.

• At Kronos, I began as a Software Engineer focused on test automation—building reusable frameworks and pipelines that lifted quality and sped up releases. Within a year I moved into DevOps just as we decomposed a monolith into microservices. I helped stand up the core platform: owning the API gateway, building Redis Sentinel clusters for resilient caching, deploying a high-availability Cassandra stack, integrating AuthN/AuthZ, and rolling out Dynatrace for end-to-end observability. I used Python extensively for automation, tooling, and CI hooks.
• From the tooling and infrastructure side, I implemented Chef for configuration management, leveraged RightScale as our cloud management/orchestration layer, and ran multi-cloud deployments across AWS and Google Cloud. Throughout nearly four years in DevOps, I led a team of three engineers, codified runbooks, and engineered automation-first, highly available environments to support the new distributed architecture while maintaining stability and velocity.
