Developed analysis pipelines to evaluate global sentiment, regulatory nuances, and trends in nomad visa policies leveraging NLP (Natural Language Processing)
Developed a speech-to-text pipeline with MFCC (Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient) feature extraction and HMM (Hidden Markov Model) modelling, achieving 92% accuracy and 8% word error rate (WER).
Processed text using NLTK (Natural Language Processing Toolkit) for tokenization and cleaning, followed by sentiment analysis with Scikit-learn and VADER (Valence Aware Dictionary and sEntiment Reasoner), with F1-score of 0.89.
Stored results in a SQL database and optimized sentiment detection with TensorFlow using contextual embeddings and LSTM (Long-Short Term Memory) Recurrent Neural Networks, boosting accuracy by 7% and reducing processing time.
