• Working on Mutual Funds investment platform for Bajaj Capital (Digital Transformation team) along with a cross-functional team comprising of design, engineering, and marketing. Involved in developing product strategy, roadmap, automating operational processes, and driving marketing activities.
• Conceptualized from scratch and launched the Mutual Fund platform powering over INR 1000+ Cr of portfolio. Delivered the platform on AWS Serverless architecture enabling faster MF portfolio loading customers thus reducing drop-offs. Hacked MF product conversion funnel to see a growth 4X over a period of 6 months
• Currently working on a recommendation engine which identifies and creates target customer personas for generating cross-sell opportunities leading to an improved marketing strategy to further reduce CoCA and increase CLTV

I am also responsible for requirement gathering, product roadmap & prototyping, product benchmarking to understand the user need gap, write end to end BRDs detailing out product requirements, UI designs, internal stakeholder impact, customer impact and adoption plan, product Development Life Cycle including research, ideation, laying out requirements, chartering MVP, product development, testing, pilot launch, impact analysis, metrics and reporting, setting up proper feedback channel and driving adoption.
