• Architected the Store Service from zero to production, decoupling logic from the legacy monolith to create a scalable,standalone microservice used across the entire organization & handles 50k RPM of peak traffic.

• critical Store APIs even during backend outages. Adopted by 70+ internal services.
• Engineered high-throughput APIs powering Zepto's core dynamic layouts, scaling systems to handle 1 Million RPM peak traffic while maintaining 99.99% uptime and <100ms avg latency.
• Enabled the 'Project Everyday' business line by engineering the Tertiary Store routing logic, allowing order fulfillment from extended-range dark stores to maximize SKU availability and boost Orders Per Day (OPD).
• Led the end-to-end delivery of the Wishlist feature, enabling users to save products for future purchase, resulting in a measurable increase in conversion rates and AOV.
• Generated ~15L/month in new revenue stream by re-architecting the "Location Unserviceable" page to integrate Ads widgets, monetizing previously lost traffic.
• Integrated Envoy with circuit breaker patterns in microservices, enhancing system resilience and achieving seamless failover during high-load spikes.
• Set up isolated devspace environments, accelerating onboarding and improving developer productivity.
