I design and develop robust backend solutions that drive measurable global impact. Every project my team lead boosts efficiency by a certain percentage in various areas.
I work on a busy, fast-moving team that builds internal tools and AI agents to support IBM’s technical support teams. It’s a hands-on role where I often juggle multiple projects at once; from prototypes to production systems.
