• Lead the entire Human Capital function, overseeing strategy, operations, and policy implementation across all HR disciplines.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles including Scientists, Researchers, and highly specialized technical staff, as well as leadership and corporate positions across all departments.
• Develop and execute strategic workforce planning, ensuring alignment of talent pipelines with the organization’s long-term research and business goals.
• Design and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
• Implement succession planning and talent management programs to nurture high-potential employees and strengthen organizational capability.
• Spearhead onboarding and induction programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires, especially for international researchers and technical experts.
• Oversee performance management systems, linking individual goals to organizational objectives and promoting a culture of accountability.
• Manage employee engagement, training, and development initiatives, enhancing workforce motivation, productivity, and retention.
• Partner with executive leadership and department heads to support organizational design, change management, and cultural development.
• Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies are embedded in recruitment and people practices.
• Provide leadership to the HR team, guiding daily operations in payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
