I have always been a people person and liked solving problems. Also, I am continually learning because I never settle. Earlier, as a hotelier, I used to think outside the box to solve guest issues so they could have the most enjoyable and memorable stay possible. (This also implies that I am very easy to work with and can stay calm even during the most adverse situations.) Now, as a Content Strategist & UX Writer, I employ human-centred design and design thinking principles to develop creative solutions that aim to enhance the usability of a product. (One thing that truly fascinates me as a designer is hearing new perspectives and realising how distinctively every human mind works). I create things like websites and mobile apps that are easier to use and pretty to look at. I also write things like poems, articles, quotes. When I am not doing either of the two, you may find me reading (mostly self-improvement books), travelling or simply creating a masterpiece on my canvas.
