I am Anas, the founder of Paleonas, a collective of senior engineers who design and deploy AI agents for Fortune 100 groups and large enterprises. We are living in a strange moment. Everyone talks about AI. Boards are asking for plans. Teams launch POCs that die in slide decks before ever touching reality on the ground. With Paleonas, I work on the other side of the mirror: • helping leadership teams decide where AI can truly transform work • building ESL Brains and Digital Workers connected to real data and real processes • delivering systems that run in production, not demos for internal conferences I have worked in particular on programs with Adecco and Salesforce. These projects taught me what it takes to move from “we are testing something with an LLM” to “we make decisions worth hundreds of millions based on the system”.
