My role differs from day to day on what is the requirements of the business, the team and myself.

Sales and Marketing, Quantity Surveying, Workload and Cash Forecasting, Cashflow management, HR Management, Contract negotiations, Expert Witness, Project Management, Board Reporting, Presentations at conferences, Presentations to customers, Customer Service, Client management, Engineer to the Contract.
Over and above this I am involved with the development of all our new IT systems ensuring process is properly adhered to and the ease of use is maintained, we have built 3 major apps and our own Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) which controls our entire network, we are continually developing these and finding new ways to use them.
I like to maintain a working relationship with all of our clients.
