I am the Founder and Managing Director of Construction Cost Consultants, a premier provider of property services and quantity surveying in New Zealand and Australia. With over 30 years of industry experience, I have led the successful delivery of diverse projects spanning stadiums, healthcare, education, airports, historical sites, high-rise towers, shopping malls, rail, highways, housing, and industrial sectors. As a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Registered Quantity Surveyor (Reg.QS), Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FNZIQS) and a Fellow of Quantity Surveying International (FQSi), I bring a wealth of expertise in surveying, project bidding, contract management, cashflow forecasting, board reporting, expert witness services, project management, and client relations. My passion lies in collaborating with diverse teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and negotiating strategically to optimise costs and enhance client satisfaction. I am committed to solving complex problems with innovative solutions and delivering high-quality, professional services to my clients and partners. One of my notable achievements includes developing the groundbreaking technology for Construction Cost Consultants to perform rebuild valuations for the insurance industry, establishing Construction Cost Consultants as a major name within that sector.   • Over and above this I am involved with the development of all our new IT systems ensuring process is properly adhered to and the ease of use is maintained, we have built 3 major apps and our own Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) which controls our entire network, we are continually developing these and finding new ways to use them.
