• Aniruddha worked with a client as a JAVA programmer for developing various kinds of software. He also migrated software based on obsolete technologies into newer technologies.
• He was also involved into development of an ERP-CRM system for one business module of a client.
• This position also provided Aniruddha with an opportunity to co-host a cultural event at TCS. It was a huge learning experience. Was appreciated with "On the spot award" during this stint.

Mar 2012 – Feb 2013 · 11 mos · Mumbai Area, India

• Started with the initial learning program at TCS Hyderabad - in which Aniruddha stood amongst the top 5-6 in a batch of 300 trainees. It was an enriching learning experience in terms of both - people skills and technical skills. Later on, was deputed to Mumbai and worked with a client as a Java programmer.
• Integration of project management software with the existing practices was implemented. Aniruddha also went through a lot of trainings during this stint. This was done in a record time as was appreciated by his supervisor. He was also given the "Star of the Month" award for his performance.
