My vision can be summed up as sustainability for the environment, equality in our society, and growth that defies social conditioning. Speaking of equality naturally brings women into the conversation, and I firmly stand by their movement forward. Aligning this thought with my passion for sports, it is my vision to see them progressively better represented in national and international sporting events. This is further reflected in the inception of Vedanta’s football academy, aimed at increasing the participation of women in the sport. Through these small but grassroot level changes, I hope to see women take up more space in the world.
