• As a Cyber Security Intern at CODTECH, I completed a structured internship focused on core security practices through four hands-on technical projects. This role strengthened my practical skills in Python programming, ethical hacking, encryption, and web application security.
• Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

• Developed a Python tool using hashlib to monitor changes in files by generating and comparing hash values (MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256).
• Enabled early detection of tampering or unauthorized modifications in sensitive files.
• 🔹 Web Application Vulnerability Scanner
• Built a vulnerability detection script for identifying common flaws like SQL Injection and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) using requests and BeautifulSoup.
• Automated basic reconnaissance tasks and contributed to strengthening web application security.
• 🔹 Penetration Testing Toolkit
• Created a modular toolkit that included a port scanner, brute-force login tester, and more.
• Emphasized flexibility and documentation, making the tool useful for various penetration testing scenarios.

• Designed a secure file encryption/decryption application using AES-256 algorithm.
• Implemented a user-friendly GUI interface for easier usability, ensuring secure file management for end-users.
