• Played a key role in designing & developing the “Food Wallet” from scratch for a tax-saving use case, integrating Razorpay APIs and orchestrating backend service coordination for seamless wallet operations.

• Architected and implemented the Team Ordering flow for ZFE users, enabling shared budgets and collaborative ordering; managed wallet top-ups and the complete order lifecycle (order, confirmation, refund, cancellation), including automated post-order emails with individual cost breakdowns.
• Spearheaded the migration from the deprecated Non-Accumulating PPI flow for ZFE users by updating client contracts, transitioning user wallets, redeeming legacy balances via Pinelabs, and deprecating outdated flows—cutting system complexity and reducing on-call incidents by 65%.
• Delivered cross-functional enhancements across backend and UI, including dark mode support for Meal Plan BottomSheet, ZFE dashboard improvements, email invoice formatting, credit transaction filters, offline payment fixes, log upgrades, CSV path standardization, OpenSearch indexing refinements, and targeted data cleanup.
• Executed a major UX revamp across ZFE app flows: ensured persistence of business inputs, enabled automatic business profile selection when enterprise budgets applied, introduced stepper-based UI improvements, and improved cart dashboard visibility—resulting in a 23% increase in order conversions by minimizing cart drop-offs.

• Designed and implemented the complete Business Order Details Flow from scratch, including architecture planning, data modeling, and building a highly scalable system capable of rendering 200K+ options per question with near real-time performance.
• Developed a wide range of APIs, including CRUD operations, utility endpoints, and service integration APIs, enabling seamless interaction across internal systems and services.
• Built and managed UI components for the Business Order Flow using a custom BottomSheet across platforms, supporting input handling for single-select, multi-select, and text-based questions.
• Implemented key user interactions such as bottom sheet confirmation/dismissal, cart refresh, and phase-wise validation with error handling, delivering a responsive and intuitive user experience.
• This feature became a key growth lever within the product and significantly improving user conversion and business efficiency.
• Have Implemented an access reaper tool for the current team, which uses aws sqs message (subscribed to sns) to remove all the access of an employee on deboarding from the company.
• Revamped the internal admin dashboard by adding invoice filters and real-time employee insights, such as active slot details, current cycle information, and other essential data. Created backend getters to provide critical entity-level information on the dashboard, removing the need for manual database queries. These enhancements resulted in a 25% reduction in internal support calls and greatly improved team efficiency.
