• Led a pivotal role in the development of the Blackbuck Pro app, a mobile powerhouse designed for our field team. This dynamic application streamlines order fulfillment, ensuring the right truck reaches the right supplier promptly. Its implementation has notably reduced operational effort and elevated the agility of critical business decisions.
• Blackbuck Boss App
• At the intersection of technology and truck logistics, I contributed significantly to the Blackbuck Boss App, catering to truck fleet owners. This all-encompassing platform serves as a central hub for crucial activities, from FasTag to GPS and Diesel cards. My primary focus centered on enhancing the GPS and FasTag user experience. Immerse myself in the trucker's journey by traveling extensively across India, working side by side with drivers. This hands-on approach allowed me to empathize deeply, shaping a user-friendly application tailored to their unique needs
• GPS Fulfillment - Internal Portal
• Initiated and led the creation of an internal portal for the GPS operations team, handling orders from the Blackbuck Boss app. After personally shadowing the team to understand challenges, the impact was significant:
• Processed GPS orders increased from ~1500 to ~6000 (June to November 2019).
• Reduced average pending time from 183 to 7 hours, optimizing resources.
• Enhanced customer experience with a decrease in delivery time from 624 to 162 hours.
