Hi, I’m Archana — an experienced SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with 6+ years in software testing across the Telecom/5G domain. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA), and currently work with Amdocs in Pune. I specialize in CRM testing, particularly across Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud) and Tellus CRM.
