• Online Booking for Inspection: Build resource capacity manager with the team and provide the capability of booking slots online by the customer according to our inspectors availability, we have launched this product in India and Indonesia which increases A2I (appointment to inspection) ratio heavily and scale our autos business.
• Routing Solution: To increase the efficiency of our inspectors by providing them the most optimized path and the dynamic allocation of booking to inspectors on the basis of their availability, we have built a routing algorithm.
