• As part of this team:
• 1. We own the entire Red Hat Enterprise Linux Image building and Update Infrastructure for Azure.
• We publish the Red Hat Core VM images to Azure Marketplace. We also own the Red Hat Update
• Infrastructure (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/workloads/redhat/redhat-rhui)
• for Azure which is the CDN for all RHEL PAYG VMs on Azure.
• 2. We are developing the Compute Resource Provider for onboarding the RHEL customers to Azure
• with minimal effort.
• 3. Also we contribute to Open Source Software and endorse OSS. We have successfully delivered
• new Resource Provider named Workload Builder as part of Azure Migrate to migrate and onboard
• Linux Workloads like JBOSS (reached private preview), Moodle (Lamp stack) to Azure. It has been
• showcased in the last Microsoft Ignite.
• 4. We also co-own the services for Azure Hybrid Benefit for RHEL enabling PAYG to BYOL switch for
• existing customers and this capability has reached GA
