Over the last 15+ years I’ve led controlling, operational excellence and digital-finance work across global manufacturing, medtech and energy. I’ve managed multi-plant P&L and performance, redesigned finance workflows, and partnered with operations to make numbers more trustworthy and useful in day-to-day decisions. My sweet spot is where finance, process and data meet.
