• At Times Business Solutions Limited, I am instrumental in creating Enterprise Data Warehouse. Creation of Enterprise warehouse involved interaction with business stakeholders in understanding the business requirements, securing management approval for content of dashboard reports. I also interacted with tool vendors in selecting the appropriate tool for given technical functionality. I proactively interacted with business and technical users to understand requirements and setting up requisite processes for streamlining the information flow.

I was involved in developing solution prototype and road map for conversion of Telecom application in Microsoft technologies software to Oracle database. This required integration of competing technologies like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
• I was also involved in benchmarking column oriented database named Vertica for query performance, load performance and ease of use.
• I have done migration of production data from Microsoft SQL Server to MySQL for a Travel aggregator ensuring zero downtime and smooth transition.

• At Oracle Financial Services Software Limited (Mantas), I was involved in development, optimizing and tuning very large Oracle Databases. These databases were part of are part of Financial and Telecom products offered by the company in the realm of Network optimization, Fraud management, Auditing. I was also leading a team of 15 people in providing 24X7 support to the customers of these products. I played a key role in tuning & evaluating SQL queries causing poor performance in order to meet defined SLA and business user requirements.

• At Dusk Valley I was exposed to the culture of a start-up company where I am exposed to teaming and collaboration. I was leading a team of 5 developers involved who developed couple of web portals. I was involved in writing High Level and Low Level software design documents wherein I mapped business requirements to the software requirements. I also developed database structures of the projects.
