• Collaborated with the team to develop a platform for the collection of loans or negative balances in the person’s account.
• Future Repayments: Improved the repayment section by adding the feature for the customer who wants to repay the loan early.
• Service Migration: Replaced a service in the node backend which was getting deprecated with a new service.
• Contact Preference changes: Created a new feature via which customers can choose how they want to be contacted for the collection process i.e., via Email, SMS, dialing, or IVR. Developed this feature in a way to have an option to opt-in or opt-out through SCAN.
• Exemption Tags changes: Developed a new feature for the people who are unable to repay loans. Created different tags like deceased, bankruptcy, etc. as reasons for users to exempt from repaying loans.
• IVR opt-out Changes: Expanded from the US to other countries like France and Germany. Implemented an opt-out option for people who don’t want to be contacted via the IVR option.
