Supporting Style Application Which is basically back-Office application in Bank to process the trades for settlement
and reconcillation. Rates Trades Application is used by Business operations where business team books the trades and
we need to handle those trades in case of any issues. Providing end-end support for the trade processing in system.
Responsibilities:
Doing Alerts Generation every day to catch suspicious transactions.
Tracking the issue in ticketing tool and resolve depending on the priority of the issues to meet client's SLA.
Following the ITIL standard process for resolution of any issue as per client.
As per our client requirement we need to prepared load file and metadata file.
To resolve the issue, we have to analysis the issue first and execute SQL and Unix command as per the issue
requirement.
Monitoring the application as well as DB server and send the server health check report to all team members in every
shift hand over.
Managing upcoming changes,releases, migration and actively coordinating with change coordinator, development
team and vendors.
Monitor the server status in ITRS tool.
Documenting new Procedure/Flows/Investigation/ resolution steps for future use as SOP.
Interacting with DBA, Unix admin team to fix critical production issues.
Performed Disaster Recovery(DR) activity and health checkout for PROD Environment.
Escalating the issues to the development and higher-Level support teams for further assistance if needed.
Performed weekend service restart off all the productions servers after that performed sanity checks as well.
Monitoring of batch jobs running on servers and checking the log Files.
Preparing standard process Document if any new process or changes occured in the applications.
Providing support for java application problem.
