• Led the development of Atlassian's Deferred Payment System, which introduced the Credit Manager feature to expand customer payment options. This initiative significantly enhanced user engagement and contributed directly to a $5 million increase in revenue. The Credit Manager was developed using Spring Boot/Java and deployed on AWS.
• Developed a Camunda/Java-based engine for processing invoices, credit memos, and refunds. This engine is integrated with Netsuite for accurate revenue recognition and is optimized for scalability, handling $10 billion in revenue. It supports cloud subscriptions with advanced validation, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Developed reusable assets and templates in Mulesoft, Camunda, and Workato for Atlassian's platform team. This effort streamlined workflows and boosted efficiency across the company's business units, saving developers approximately 20-30% in time and significantly enhancing overall productivity.

• Project Name - JDA Connect
• JDA is a leader in Retail Software solutions in the world and they have more than 100 retail/supply chain software solutions which they have developed or acquired through acquisition. Some of these software and solutions have been build on very different technologies and communication model. Our project goal is to integrate all these software into a common platform (JDA connect) using a canonical data model and APIs/adapters developed through Mulesoft ESB and Anypoint platform.
• Principle Responsibilities:
• ● Gathering Client’s requirement and then providing possible designs and solutions to the problem statement as per JDA standard.
• ● Developing and presenting proof of concepts of the agreed designs and architectures to various stakeholders in the organization.
• ● Implementing the end to end solutions on full-scale APIs and Interfaces using Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform.
• ● Extensively worked on Mule ESB 4.1 standalone runtime as well as Hybrid and Cloudhub deployments.
• ● Creation of MuleSoft Domains and making sure all the common configuration and properties are reused using domains.
• ● Developed interfaces which can handle millions of records to increase throughput using reactive programming/steaming.
• ● Developed interfaces for automation of ticket creation in Jira, Service Now and Salesforce.

• As a part of the SI team for the delivery of the product to the client, my responsibilities were developing customized/orchestrated flows, unit testing and fixing gating and UAT defects in Mule ESB middleware before they were signed off for the next release. Integration of an iOS application with EAI web services via Mule ESB was my primary responsibility.
