As part of Airtel's Digital Enterprise Business, I served as the founding frontend developer for the Airtel IQ platform’s cloud communication suite. I was solely responsible for building and maintaining the entire user interface, taking complete ownership of the UI architecture and delivery.
I successfully designed and implemented custom-configured dashboards, reporting modules, and voice calling features, which were rolled out to 10–12 enterprise partners.
In parallel, I developed a dedicated sales interface used by the Sales and Product teams to showcase the platform’s capabilities to prospective clients and partners, playing a key role in pre-sales engagement and product demonstrations.
