Just after Diploma, I enrolled for one year internship in Manesar. I feel fortunate and blessed for getting toolroom exposure and learning environment from the very first day of the job. Interaction with injection molding machines, VMC, EDM, Wirecut and other conventional machines was interesting and knowledge booming. Starting from scratch, I got the opportunity to specifically work under toolroom department to work synchronously with production, quality and maintenance department to ensure smooth workflow. My internship ended after one year but my interest and passion didn't. After that, I am preparing for Cad-Cam,NX understanding of 2D & 3D and product design. I am trying for better understanding of product lifecycle management. Being Tool Room coordinator, I'm interested in plastic injection mold design for various home appliances. Since the technology is getting advanced day by day, I strive to improve myself day by day and learn new ways for better productivity and product optimization... Thank you
