I don’t believe AI will replace developers; only those who stop learning will. I’m an MSc AI student at MTU with a background in Computer Engineering, and I’ve found my niche as a technical translator: someone who can move comfortably between deep engineering and real business needs. I enjoy taking complex ideas, LLM orchestration, data pipelines, and model behaviour, making them understandable and useful for the people who actually rely on them. My current work focuses on Agentic Teams, using frameworks like CrewAI to make multiple LLMs collaborate on real business tasks. I’m also exploring Hierarchical Policy Distillation, with a practical goal in mind: making AI systems faster, cheaper, and more auditable for production environments. What drives me is the human side of technology.
