• Created prototypes for Advanced Email Capabilities like Email Tracking across multiple vendors and Actionable Emails
• Worked on an Advanced Text Editor for a Email Composer that can handle tagging, inline images, tables, interactive js elements and even typeahead.
• Worked on bringing Email Tracking to in-house SMTP relay servers
• Gen-AI Team (Jan 2024 - Now):
• Integrated Gen-AI with Call Transcripts to bring insights and suggest action-items along with summarisation of the call for the users.
• Integrated Gen-AI with Email to generate better type-aheads and even generate complete emails based on previous conversations of the thread.
• Calling Team (Oct 2023 - Now):
• Worked on redesigning the Calling UI Platform to seamlessly work as a pluggable module for all the products at Highradius.
• Added TypeScript support to the Application and the in-house Libraries (UI Components Library and Calling UI Library).
• Implemented Service Worker to handle Inbound Calls across multiple windows or tabs.
• Created a mono-repo for Calling UI platform with Yarn Workspaces and TurboRepo.
• Enabled GIT Pipelines for CICD of all UI Projects
